Shipping Carriers
DHL and USPS provide our standard, expedited, and priority shipping services. After fulfillment, transit generally takes 1–7 business days unless a carrier experiences an unavoidable delay. FedEx and USPS express shipping is also offered for an added fee. You may choose your shipping preference at checkout. Transit timing can vary, so delivery dates are not guaranteed; contact our Support team for more information.
Fulfillment Guarantee
We understand that waiting for a package is difficult, and we promise to fulfill your order as soon as possible. If a shipping confirmation email has not arrived by the third business day after you place the order, please contact our Support team for help.
Freight/Shipping Forwarders
Orders may not be sent to freight forwarders or shipping-forwarding services. An order intended for either type of service will be canceled and fully refunded.
